Bridal Show Boudoir Session

Service Description

The retainer fee includes tax, professional hair & makeup, wardrobe consultation, studio time, 1 - 1 1/2 hour photoshoot, and personalized ordering session. No prints or products are provided with the retainer fee. All purchasing decisions will be made at the ordering appointment approximately two weeks following the photoshoot. The investment and the albums start at $799 + tax, which includes an eight image 5in x 5in album, and the investment goes up from there. What a client spends depends on many factors, including album type, the number of images included, and if you wish to add wall art and digital files. On the day of the ordering appointment, I accept credit cards and offer a discount for any cash you bring. Also, I provide in-house payment plans. By booking this session, you agree to all terms and conditions outlined here. Sessions are available January - May on Tuesdays and Thursdays and June - December on Mondays and Wednesdays with a session start time of 10 am or 1:30 pm. DUE TO WEBSITE BOOKING LIMITS ONLY JAN - MAY CAN BE BOOKED ONLINE AT THIS TIME. IF YOU WOULD LIKE TO BOOK JUN - DEC PLEASE CALL 240-888-6401. All sessions last approximately 2 1/2 - 3 hours. Saturday or Sunday sessions are available by special request. They are a premium for myself and my hair and makeup artist. Cancellation Policy

100% of the total session fee and print & product pre-payment serves as a non-refundable retainer and is due at the time of booking. The booking shall not be confirmed until the total amount owing is paid. By booking, the CLIENT agrees to all terms, conditions, and policies set herein. At the time the booking is confirmed, Vibrant Cactus Photography, LLC shall reserve the date and time agreed upon, and not make any other reservations or accept any other clients for said date and time. For this reason, and to account for planning time incurred, if the CLIENT cancels or breaches this agreement for any reason, the total retainer paid shall be retained by Vibrant Cactus Photography, LLC to partially offset its loss of business. However, within two weeks of the session date, should THE CLIENT wish to reschedule the session to a different date, there will be a $100 rescheduling fee. Sessions may only be rescheduled one time without having to pay a new session retainer. Should THE CLIENT want to reschedule the session with less than two weeks' notice, then there will be a rescheduling fee of $275. In the case of rain for outdoor sessions, Vibrant Cactus Photography, LLC, will reschedule the session for a future date convenient to both parties (at no charge). All rescheduled sessions must take place within three months of the original session date. Otherwise, the session fee will adjust to the current prices at the time of rescheduling, and an additional charge may be due. If six months or more have passed from the original session date, and the session has still not been completed, then THE CLIENT agrees to forfeit 100% of the retainer. In the case of photographer or hair and makeup artist illness, Vibrant Cactus Photography, LLC, will reschedule the session for a future date convenient to both parties (at no charge).
